摘要: 介绍了油雾润滑的基本原理;阐述了吹扫型油雾润滑和纯油雾润滑的配置和结构的区别;着重分析了两种油雾润滑方式在工程上应用的不同适用场合条件。针对现有机泵,分别提出了改造成吹扫型油雾润滑和纯油雾润滑的设计要点。文章强调:根据机泵改造工况可优选吹扫型油雾润滑,以便提高机械可靠性和降低改造难度。最后指出了油雾润滑管道设计的相关要求

Abstract: The basic philosophy of oil-mist lubrication is introduced, the differences between purge oil-mist lubrication and pure oil-mist lubrication in terms of configuration and structure are discussed, and the different application conditions of the two oil-mist lubrication methods in engineering are analyzed in detail. The key points of design for transforming the lubrication method of the existing pumps into purge oil-mist lubrication and pure oil-mist lubrication are put forward respectively. It is concluded that purge oil-mist lubrication can be chosen preferably according to the transformation conditions, so as to enhance the mechanical reliability and reduce the transformation difficulty. Finally, relevant requirements of the piping design of oil-mist lubrication are introduced.
