摘要: 面对日趋大型化的石油化工装置的建设,为数不少的设计者采用高大型混凝土框架式设备基础,并匹配以高支模施工方案。根据聚丙烯装置掺混料仓基础高支模施工经验,以中韩石化30万t/a 聚丙烯装置掺混料仓高支模为实例,阐述了高支模的计算方法及施工要点

Abstract: Faced with the construction of large-scale petrochemical plants, a large number of engineers adopt high and large concrete frame equipment foundation matched with the construction scheme of high-support formwork. Based on the construction experience of high-support formwork of blending silo foundation in PP plant, the high-support formwork of blending silo foundation in SINOPEC-SK’s 300 kt/a PP plant is taken as an example to discuss the calculation methods and construction points of high-support formwork.
