摘要: 高压聚乙烯(醋酸乙烯)[LDPE(EVA)]装置超高工作压力的特性,决定了其管道、设备的设计及安装特殊性、专业性。现代化三维激光扫描技术及三维模型的应用,对优化该类装置的设计、改造,提高设计效率及安装精度发挥重要作用。结合国内某EVA装置改造过程中的应用经验,阐述了三维激光扫描技术的应用方法,分析和总结了应用前后的优缺点,为后期该类装置的建设及改造提供参考

Abstract: The characteristics of ultra-high operating pressure of LDPE (EVA) plant determine the particularity and specialty of the design and installation of its pipelines and equipment. The application of modern three-dimensional laser scanning technology and three-dimensional model plays an important role in optimizing the design and reconstruction of such plants and improving the design efficiency and installation accuracy. Combined with the application experience of this technology in the reconstruction of a domestic EVA plant, this paper introduces the application method of 3D laser scanning technology, and analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages before and after the application, providing reference for the later construction and reconstruction of such plants.
