主要介绍了昊华化工科技集团股份有限公司开发的高压变压吸附技术在甲醇驰放气回收中的应用,该技术较为先进、能在高压下解吸、自动化程度高、程控阀和吸附剂性能优良及长周期运行无故障等特点。从装置近9年运行的结果来看,产品氢气收率远远大于设计收率,高出5个百分点以上,甲醇产量增加8%-10%,产品气压力可达4.5 MPaG,解吸气压力达0.25 MPaG),无需加压直接进入转化炉燃烧。相比普通变压吸附(产品气压力3.2 MPaG),解吸气压力0.02 MPaG))能耗大大降低,经济效益明显。

Abstract:

This paper mainly introduces the application of high pressure PSA technology developed by Haohua Chemical Technology Group Co., Ltd. in the hydrogen recovery from methanol gas. It is characterized by advanced technology, desorption under high pressure, high degree of automation, excellent performance of program-controlled valve and adsorbent, and trouble-free long-term operation. The 9-year operation results of the plant show that the hydrogen yield of product is more than 5 percentage points higher than the design yield, and the methanol yield increases by 8-10%. The product gas pressure can reach 4.5 MPa (G), and the desorption gas pressure can reach 0.25 MPa (G). It can be directly sent to the natural gas reformer for combustion without pressurization. The energy consumption is much lower than that of ordinary PSA, of which the product gas pressure is 3.2 MPa (G) and the desorption gas pressure is 0.02 MPa (G), and the economic benefit is remarkable.
