硫磺回收烟气超低排放工艺技术比较

摘要: 常规硫磺回收装置采用了二级Claus+加氢还原吸收焚烧工艺,烟气中SO2浓度很难满足GB 31570----2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》特别排放限值100mg/Nm3的要求。目前,能满足硫磺回收烟气中SO2浓度≯100mg/Nm3的烟气净化工艺有钠法脱硫工艺、氨法脱硫工艺、SO2回收工艺。通过在工程投资、生产成本、能耗、操作风险、操作难度等方面对3种工艺进行比较,得出不同工艺的优缺点

Abstract: Two-stage Claus plus hydrogenation reduction absorption and incineration process was used in conventional sulfur recovery unit, and the SO2 concentration of flue gas could not meet 100 mg/Nm3, the special emission limits stipulated in GB31570-2015 Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Refining Industry. At present, sodium desulfurization, ammonia desulfurization and SO2 recovery processes can reduce the SO2 concentration of flue gas emissions from sulfur recovery unit to no higher than 100 mg/Nm3. Through the comparison of these three processes from the aspects of project investment, production cost, energy consumption, operation risk and operation difficulty, the advantages and disadvantages of different processes are obtained.
