摘要: 从石油化工工程设计过程中常见的质量控制难点着手,提出采用三维协同设计来解决设计质量问题,通过分析三维协同设计的工作流程,结合其数字化、可视化和集成化的特点,分别研究它在三个阶段系统性的质量控制方法,包括事先建立和完善规则、事中强化过程检查与验证和事后落实质量记录关闭,以SmartPlant Foundation为例验证了三维协同设计的质量控制方法在保证设计完整性、可靠性和一致性上是行之有效的,探索三维协同设计对质量管理和控制技术的创新和发展。

Abstract: Starting from the common quality control difficulties in petrochemical engineering design, this paper proposes the use of 3D collaborative design to solve the design quality problems. By analyzing the workflow of 3D collaborative design, this paper studies its systematic quality control methods in three stages in combination with its characteristics of digitalization, visualization and integration, including establishing and improving the rules in advance, strengthening inspection and verification during the process and implementing the quality records after the event. Taking SmartPlant Foundation as an example, this paper proves that the quality control methods of 3D collaborative design are effective in ensuring the integrity, reliability and consistency of design, and explores the innovation and development of quality management and control technology brought by 3D collaborative design
