摘要: 石油化工装置总平面设计是在工艺总体布置的基础上,按照装置性质、规模、运输要求、防火和环保等要求,综合利用场地环境条件和预留发展等因素,最大限度节约用地,紧凑合理地布置生产装置、运输线路、管道和绿化等设施平面位置,综合选择最佳布置方案。分别从厂址选择、工艺布置、建筑物设计、管道综合布置、道路设计、预留地、规范选用和正确理解等方面阐述了石油化工装置总平面设计优化的措施。

关键词: 设计优化, 联合装置, 总图布置, 节约用地

Abstract: The general layout design of petrochemical plant is an important work. Based on the overall layout of the process, the best general layout plan is selected by comprehensively utilizing factors including site environmental conditions and reserved development space to minimize the land use and achieve a compact and reasonable layout of the production units, transportation routes, pipelines and greening facilities according to the material property, capacity, transportation requirements, and fire protection and environmental protection requirements of the plant. Some effective measures for general layout optimization of petrochemical plant are introduced from the aspects of site selection, layout of process units, building design,comprehensive piping layout, road design, reserved area and the selection and correct understanding of specifications.
