摘要: 现浇钢筋混凝土结构超长时容易在池壁上出现裂缝引发渗漏,设计中需要考虑的重要环节就是裂缝预防和控制。在荷载、干缩、温湿差、材料质量、节点构造和施工等方面分析了钢筋混凝土水池引起裂缝的原因,并在某大型消防水池工程中采取施工阶段用补偿收缩混凝土膨胀率抵抗干缩裂缝;使用阶段通过环境温差计算温度应力,确保使用阶段温度应力小于混凝土抗拉强度,避免结构裂缝的思路,工程投产使用多年运行良好

Abstract: The cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structure is easy to crack on the wall and cause leakage when it is too long. The prevention and control of cracks is the key point to be considered during the design. This paper analyzes the reasons for cracks in reinforced concrete water tank from the aspects of load, dry shrinkage, temperature and humidity difference, material quality, joint structure and construction. For the construction of a large fire water tank, expansive concrete was used to prevent dry shrinkage crack during construction, and the temperature stress was calculated through ambient temperature difference during service to ensure that the temperature stress is less than the tensile strength of concrete, so as to avoid structural cracks. The project has been operated smoothly for many years since it was put into use
