摘要:

随着国家能源战略的推进,液化天然气(LNG)接收站将持续增建和扩建,LNG接收站用低温球阀全面国产化已成为迫切需求。现结合LNG接收站管道的设计条件、操作工况和介质特性等因素,针对阀门操作性能和密封性能的要求,介绍了LNG低温球阀的结构型式和技术特点,并从关键部件分析计算,以及密封结构、材料控制、制造加工和型式试验等方面,详细阐述了LNG低温球阀国产化攻关的关键技术要点。

Abstract:

Driven by the national energy strategy, LNG terminals will continue to be built and expanded, and the full localization of cryogenic ball valves for LNG terminals has become an urgent demand. Based on the design conditions, operating conditions and medium characteristics of the LNG terminal pipelines, this paper introduces the structural types and technical features of LNG cryogenic ball valves in response to the requirements for valve operational performance and sealing performance. It elaborates on the key technical points of the localization of LNG cryogenic ball valves, including the analysis and calculation of key components as well as the sealing structure, material control, manufacturing and machining, and type test.
