摘要: 石化三维工厂设计软件是石油化工、化学工程、制药业等工业领域中的核心工具,它通过对工厂内部的设备、管道、阀门等构件进行三维建模实现了工厂的可视化布置设计。在石化工厂的详细设计阶段,油气管道布置设计尤为关键,它直接关系到工厂设计工作的质量和效率。文中对国内外主流的石化三维工厂设计软件在油气管道设计的数据模型、图形表达和业务功能方面进行了深入分析与总结,对比了不同软件的技术路线及其优缺点,对其演进历史、发展趋势进行了阐述,并对油气管道模型的应用场景进行了拓展和开发实践,旨在为石化三维工厂设计软件在相关领域的应用和研发提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

3D design softwarefor petrochemical plants is a pivotal tool in industry sectors includingrefining and petrochemical, chemical engineering and pharmaceuticals. It facilitates the visualization ofplantlayout design through 3D modeling of internal components such as equipment, pipelines and valves. During the detailed design of petrochemical plants, the assembly and layout design of oil and gas pipelines is particularly critical, as it directly impacts the quality and efficiency ofplant design. This paper provides an in-depth analysis and summary of the data models, graphical representations and business functionalitiesof mainstream domestic and international 3D design software for petrochemical plants in the design ofoil and gas pipelines, compares the technical approaches,advantages and disadvantages of different software, discusses their evolutionary history and development trends, and explores the application scenarios and development practices for oil and gas pipeline models,aimingto offer references and insights for the application,research and development of3D design software for petrochemical plants in relevant fields.
