摘要: 烷基铝在聚烯烃工业中应用十分广泛,本文依据烷基铝类化学品的特性,依托实际工程经验,以三异丁基铝为例对装置中烷基铝区的区域划分及设备布置、工艺设计与安全系统设计要点进行了总结,并提出了在对相关区域进行设计时需要注意的重点。

Abstract: Aluminum alkyls are widely used in the polyolefin industry. Based on the characteristics of aluminum alkyl chemicals and the practical engineering experience, this article takes triisobutyl-aluminum as an example to summarize the regional division in aluminum alkyl area and the design points of equipment layout, process design and safety system in polyolefin unit, and proposes some key points to be noted in the design of relevant areas.
