法兰螺柱预紧安全裕度探析

Analysis on Safety Margin of Flange Stud Preload

摘要: 从设计需要预紧力、实际所需预紧力、实际上紧力、设计预紧力上限等角度分析了螺柱上紧的影响因素;除此之外在螺柱上紧方面从设计预紧力上限角度提出建议:将奥氏体不锈钢螺柱进行应变强化处理,是提高螺柱强度的有效措施;文章提供了螺柱的初始载荷设定的简化算法。

Abstract: In this paper, the factors influencing the tightening of studs are analyzed from the aspects of design required preload, actual required preload, actual tightening force and upper limit of design preload. In addition, some suggestions are put forward from the upper limit of design preload, i.e., the strain strengthening treatment of austenitic stainless steel stud is an effective measure to improve the stud strength. A simplified algorithm is provided for setting the initial load of studs.
