摘要: 阐述了乙烯裂解炉辐射盘管进出口保温的重要性,从进出口保温设计须考虑的因素出发,在材料选择、结构设计、细节设计、施工注意事项等方面介绍了多种进出口保温方式。重点总结了每种进出口保温的适用范围、优点和缺点。并对辐射盘管进出口保温技术的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: After introducing the importance of inlet and outlet insulation for radiant coils in ethylene cracking furnaces, this article starts from the factors that must be considered during the insulation design for inlet and outlet of radiant coils, introduces a variety of methods for inlet and outlet insulation from the aspects of material selection, structural design, detail design and construction precautions, summarizes the scope of application, advantages and disadvantages of each type of inlet and outlet insulation, and presents the development trend of inlet and outlet insulation technologies for radiant coils.
