超滤反洗过程中水锤的成因分析及其防护措施的相关探讨

摘要: 以广东某大型炼厂的实际工程案例为切入点,对传统文献中提到的工程上的“ 水锤” 概念进行了分析,认为目前文献中的“ 水锤” 概念尚存在概念模糊、不严谨之处,并对传统的“ 水锤” 概念提出了修正意见。同时文章以修正后的水锤概念为基础,深入分析了超滤反冼过程中停泵及关阀水锤的成因并提出相应的防护措施

Abstract: This article takes the actual engineering project of a large refinery in Guangdong Province for example, and analyzes the concept of water hammer in engineering mentioned in traditional literature. It is believed that the concept of water hammer in the current literature is vague and imprecise, and some amendments are proposed to the traditional concept of water hammer. This article analyzes in detail the causes of valve-closed water hammer and pump-stopping hammer in UF backwash process based on the revised concept of water hammer and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
