球罐独立桩基承台间连系梁形式探讨

摘要: 球罐作为石油化工行业重要的的储存设备,其基础必须具备良好的安全性与可靠性。以某工程球罐基础为实例,采用SAFE软件对不同支腿数的球罐基础进行了建模计算,探讨了独立桩基承台间弧线连系梁和直线连系梁水平力传递的区别。结果表明:采用直线连系梁时,各单桩水平反力较为均匀。故在设计球罐独立基础时,结合受力特点以及施工可行性,宜优先考虑采用直线连系梁

Abstract: Spherical vessel is an important storage equipment in petrochemical industry, so its foundation shall be safe and reliable. On the basis of engineering example, the spherical vessel foundation with different number of legs were modelled and calculated by using SAFE software, and the difference between the horizontal force transmission of arc tie beam and straight tie beam between independent pile caps was discussed. The results show that the horizontal reacting forces of single piles are more balanced when straight tie beam is used. Considering stress characteristics and construction feasibility, straight tie beam is preferably used in the design of independent pile foundations of spherical vessels.
