摘要: 采用计算流体力学软件Ansys Fluent,对多种烟风道局部结构及实际项目采用的烟风道进行了数值模拟计算。根据模拟结果,分析对比了烟风道不同局部结构的优缺点,包括截面形状、弯道转弯半径、弯道矩形截面形状下不同尺寸组合等,结合实际项目中的烟风道结构案例,分析其合理性,并从数值模拟的计算结果出发,给出了建议的结构方案

Abstract: In this paper, the computational fluid dynamics software ANSYS fluent is used to simulate the local structure of various flue and air ducts and the flue and air ducts used in many practical projects. According to the simulation results, the advantages and disadvantages of different local structures of flue and air duct are analyzed and compared, including section shape, turning radius of bend, and different size combinations under rectangular section shape of bend. Combined with the flue and air duct structure case in actual project, its rationality is analyzed, and an optimization scheme is proposed based on the numerical simulation results.
