摘要: 仪表测量接管近年来发生泄漏较多,原因包括保温层下腐蚀、介质腐蚀、材料制造质量等问题。通过分析石油化工企业几类测量接管故障案例及腐蚀机理,提出防治措施、日常检查策略和维护维修要点,以保障装置的长周期安全运行

Abstract: Recently, leakage frequently occurred in instrument measurement nozzles in petrochemical enterprises, which is caused by the corrosion under insulation, the medium corrosion and the poor manufacturing quality of material. Some control and prevention measures, daily check strategies and maintenance points are proposed by analyzing several kinds of failure cases and corrosion mechanism of the measurement nozzles, so as to ensure the long-term and safe operation of the units.
