摘要: 大容量弱光栅技术不但具有光纤传感探测灵敏、现场无源等优点,而且可分布式组网和监测距离长,都非常适用于石油化工领域,可实现高效地对输油泵机组关键状态自动检测、判断和处理。利用弱光栅传感技术实时监测输油泵机组的温度和振动状态,一旦温度异常会立刻报警提醒;还能通过分析振动信号时域和频域提取关键特征,借助模式识别算法对异常振动予以识别、预警以及判定其发生的位置和类型,助力维护人员及时发现输油泵机组的故障

Abstract: The large capacity weak grating technology not only has the advantages of sensitive optical fiber sensing detection and on-site passivity, but also has distributed networking and long monitoring distance. It is very suitable for the petrochemical field, and can achieve the efficient automatic detection, judgment and processing of key states of oil pump unit. The weak grating sensing technology is used to monitor the temperature and vibration status of oil pump unit in real time. Once the temperature is abnormal, it will give an alarm immediately. It can also extract key features by analyzing vibration signals in time domain and frequency domain, and identify, warn and determine the location and type of abnormal vibration with the help of pattern recognition algorithm, so as to help maintenance personnel find the failure of oil pump unit in time.
