摘要: 某煤化工企业试生产初期,某离心式压缩机组因油泵驱动电机晃电停运,造成机组润滑油压力低低联锁停机。对其进行分析后得出该油系统存在蓄能器和取压点布置位置错误、泵出口管线空体积、蓄能器根部未设置单向阀等设计缺陷,造成油系统抗波动能力弱。针对出现问题的原因提出增加油泵自启电联锁、优化备泵自启信号测压点位置、降低油泵出口空置管线位置、蓄能器根部增设单向阀等解决方案并组织实施,使问题得以彻底解决。文章所述的系统和部件改进方案可为对其他机组油系统作参考

Abstract: The problem of low lubricating oil pressure interlock shutdown of a centrifugal compressor unit caused by the voltage sag shutdown of oil pump driving motor at the initial stage of trial production of a coal chemical enterprise was analyzed. The results showed that the oil system had some design defects, such as wrong arrangement of accumulator and pressure measuring point, void volume of pump outlet pipeline and no one-way valve at the root of accumulator, which led to the weak anti-fluctuation ability of the oil system. Some solutions such as adding self-starting interlock of oil pump, optimizing the position of standby pump self-starting signal pressure measuring point, lowering the position of vacant pipeline at the outlet of oil pump and installing a one-way valve at the root of accumulator were proposed and implemented, so as to completely solve the problems. The system and component improvement scheme introduced in this paper can provide reference for the oil systems of other compressor units.
