摘要: 介绍了乙烯装置裂解炉壁板钢框架的发展概况、结构特点和使用范围。扼要说明了裂解炉壁板钢框架的一些结构设计要点和经验。内容包括:裂解炉大型化、模块化对结构的影响;炉底钢柱、横跨段穿膛柱的设计难点;模块间柱拼接、风荷载计算和顶层设备的合理设置。为裂解炉壁板钢框架的设计提供更加宽泛的设计思路和尤其需要关注和克服的设计难点

Abstract: This paper introduces the development, structure characteristics and application scope of cracking furnace steel frame with wall panel, and briefly introduces the structural design key points and experience of cracking furnace steel frame with wall panel, including the influence of large-scale modularized cracking furnace on the structure, the design difficulties of bottom column and cross-section hearth-passing column, and the inter-module column splicing, the calculation of wind load and the rational design of top-level equipment. Some design ideas and design difficulties to be noted are provided for the design of cracking furnace steel frame with wall panel.
