摘要: 从离心压缩机防喘振阀的型式选择、CV值计算选用、防喘振阀的速开时间、防喘振阀流量特性等方面,详细介绍了离心式压缩机防喘振阀的选用要点。从工程实际的角度介绍了不合适的CV值或速开时间过长可能导致的喘振问题,并提供了可行的解决思路,对离心压缩机防喘振阀的合理选用有一定指导意义

Abstract: This paper introduces in detail the key points in the selection of anti-surge valve for centrifugal compressor from the aspects of the type selection of anti-surge valve, the calculation and selection of CV value, and the quick opening time and flow characteristics of anti-surge valve. Based on practical engineering, inappropriate CV valve and long quick opening time may cause surging problems. Some feasible solutions are put forward, providing guidance for the rational selection of anti-surge valve for centrifugal compressors.
