低温液氮管道保冷设计计算方法浅析

摘要: 通过某一工程实例对低温液氮管道的保冷层厚度度计算方法进行了探讨,分析了用限定外表面温度ts的方法计算低温管道保冷时存在的问题,针对不同的室外低温管道,按保冷目的不同,选用合适的限定条件和 计算方法 ;即低温液氮管道宜分别采用限定内部介质温升△t的方法和不会结露的“限定冷损失量”的方法计算 保冷层厚度。

Abstract: Through an engineering example, the method for calculating the insulation thickness of cryogenic liquid nitrogen pipeline is discussed. The problems in calculating the insulation of cryogenic pipeline by limiting the outer surface temperature, Ts, are analyzed. For different outdoor cryogenic pipelines, appropriate limitations and calculation methods are selected according to different insulation purposes. The method of limiting cold loss and the method of limiting the temperature rise, Δt, of the internal medium should be used respectively for calculating the insulation thickness of cryogenic liquid nitrogen pipelines
