摘要: 高架火炬系统是石油化工行业重要的安全设施。通过介绍中石化某石化炼油厂新建高架火炬工程设计实例,对火炬系统工艺流程设计、火炬系统主要工艺计算、火炬筒体上的主要设备及火炬点火系统等进行了阐述。重点介绍了火炬系统总管直径的计算和选取,以及火炬分液罐、火炬水封罐、火炬筒体的计算。提供了高架火炬系统设计与计算的思路和方法

Abstract: Elevated flare system is an important safety facility in petrochemical industry. This paper introduces the engineering design example of a new elevated flare in a refinery of Sinopec, discusses the process design and process calculation of the flare system, the major equipment on flare stack and the ignition system, introduces in detail the calculation and selection of the diameter of flare head and the calculation of flare scrubber, water seal tank and flare stack, and provides some ideas and methods for the design and calculation of elevated flare system
