摘要: “十三五”期间国内石化行业迎来了一波新的建设高潮。随着改革开放进入新阶段,国家通过制定新的、更加严格的政策、法规、规范等使石化项目建设在安全、环保、节能减排等方面的要求日益提高。受此大环境的影响,近期实施的一些在建或拟建大型石化项目在工厂设计方面陆续出现了一些新问题和新变化。为解决新难题和应对新变化,从节约用地、火炬设置、动力燃料、储运设施、供水、供风和三废处理等专业角度提出了切实可行的优化方案。介绍了工厂设计领域相关技术的新进展。

Abstract: During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China’s petrochemical industry ushered in a new wave of construction climax. With the reform and opening up entering a new stage, China has increasingly raised the requirements of petrochemical project construction in terms of safety, environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction by formulating new and more stringent policies, laws and regulations and standards. In this background, new problems and changes have emerged in the plant design of some large-scale petrochemical projects recently implemented or planned to be built. In order to solve the new problems and cope with the new changes, some practical optimization schemes are put forward from the aspects of land saving, flare design, power fuel supply, storage and transportation facilities, water supply, air supply and waste disposal. Also the new progress in plant design technology is introduced
