摘要/Abstract

摘要： 结合项目实际经验，阐述了全厂数字化交付的实践过程，包含技术方案制定、执行过程管理和最终实施情况。探讨了全厂数字化交付项目总体工作中发现的问题和解决方案，为今后进一步提升数字化交付项目的完成质量和效率提供经验参考和建议，为后续智能工厂建设探索更优的实践路径。

关键词: 数字化交付, 数字化工厂, 交付规定, 交付成果处理

Abstract: Combined with actual project experience, this paper discusses the practice process of plant-wide digital delivery, including the formulation of technical plans, the management of implementation process and the final implementation. This paper discusses the problems found in the overall management of plant-wide digital delivery projects and the solutions, so as to provide experience and suggestions for further improving the completion quality and efficiency of digital delivery projects in the future and explore a better practice path for the subsequent construction of intelligent plant.
