摘要: 涡街流量计是在流体中设置漩涡发生体,从漩涡发生体两侧交替产生有规律的漩涡,以流体漩涡发生的频率与流体流速的关系作为流量检测信息。文中从工程设计的角度,按照不同的介质物相(液体、气体、饱和蒸汽),详细研究了涡街流量计选型设计过程中公称通径的选择、一体和分体型的选择、流量计安装注意事项、温压补偿及实现准确测量的方法等内容,详细阐述流量计的结构特点、选型适用范围等。

Abstract: Vortex flowmeter sets a vortex generator in the fluid, alternately generates regular vortices from both sides of the vortex generator, and takes the relationship between the generation frequency of fluid vortex and the fluid velocity as the flow detection information. From the point of view of engineering design, this paper studies in detail the selection of nominal diameter, the selection of integrated or split type flowmeter, the installation precautions for flowmeter, the temperature and pressure compensation, and the accurate measurement methods during the selection and design of vortex flowmeter according to different medium phases including liquid, gas and saturated steam, and elaborates the structure characteristics, type selection and application range of flowmeter.
