摘要: 为解决大涝坝集气处理站储罐收油脱水困难、外输油含水不合格的问题,通过优化收油流程并对污油落地罐新增伴热流程,实现了在不影响站内生产的情况下快速收油。通过原油破乳实验,筛选出适宜的破乳药剂,通过流程再优化,使混油进入凝稳装置再处理。适宜的药剂+高温破乳技术的联合使用,提高混油破乳脱水效果,使稳定的凝析油进入储罐,储罐内凝析油及时外输,保障站内装置的稳定运行。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems including the difficult oil collection and dehydration in storage tanks and the off-spec water content of oil delivered from Dalaoba Gas Gathering Station, the oil collection process was optimized and heat tracing process was added for slop oil tank to achieve rapid oil collection without affecting the production in the station. Appropriate demulsification agent was selected through crude oil demulsification experiment, and the oil mixture was reprocessed in the reboiler of condensate oil stabilization tower through process re-optimization. The joint use of appropriate agent and high temperature demulsification technology can improve the demulsification and dehydration effect of the oil mixture, send stable condensate oil into storage tanks, and deliver condensate oils from the tanks in time, thus ensuring the stable operation of units in the station.
