摘要: 以首套国产化芳烃装置科研开发和工程转化为例,从一体化管理、风险管理、过程管理等方面,阐述科研开发与工程实践的可靠性与先进性的协调关系。介绍首套国产化芳烃技术特点、难点及创新的管理模式,为以后科研开发和芳烃装置的建设提出优化建议

Abstract: Taking the technological development and engineering application of China’s first localized para-xylene complex as the example, this paper analyzes the coordination between reliability and progressiveness during technological development and engineering application from the perspectives of integrated management, risk management and process management. The technical characteristics, difficulties and innovative management mode of this project are introduced, and some optimization measures are put forward for the research and development and the construction of para-xylene complex in the future
