摘要: 连续液相柴油加氢技术取消循环氢系统,与传统滴流床技术相比降低投资及能耗。 在此基础上升级的二代技术将热高压分离器整合进上流式反应器内,进一步节省占地、投资,具有显著的技术与经济优势。通过流程模拟证实:氢气的溶解度与压力、温度、氢纯度成正比,压力、温度越高,氢纯度越高,则氢气溶解度越高,有利于加氢反应的进行

Abstract: Continuous liquid-phase diesel hydrotreating process requires no recycle hydrogen system, so its investment and energy consumption are lower compared to those of traditional trickle bed technologies. On this basis, the second-generation hydrotreating technology integrates the hot high pressure separator into the upflow reactor, further reducing the floor area and investment. It has significant technical and economic advantages. The process simulation proves that the solubility of hydrogen is proportional to the pressure, temperature and hydrogen purity. Higher pressure, temperature and hydrogen purity leads to higher solubility of hydrogen, which promotes the hydrotreating reaction
