摘要: 通过对某进口品牌烟机入口蝶阀电液执行机构存在问题的分析,提出了高可靠性电液执行机构的技术方案,并依据液压传动、自动控制和可靠性技术的理论和方法,设计实现了高可靠性电液执行机构,对该产品在技术性能、经济效益和安全生产等方面进行了综合评价,并与国外同类产品进行了效能对比

Abstract: Through the analysis of the problems in an imported electro-hydraulic actuator for the inlet butterfly valve of flue gas turbine expander, a technical scheme of high reliability electro-hydraulic actuator was put forward, and the high reliability electro-hydraulic actuator was successfully developed based on the theories and methods of hydraulic drive, automatic control and reliability technology. Its technical performance, economic efficiency and safe production were comprehensively evaluated, and its efficiency was compared with that of similar products abroad
