Abstract: In EPC projects, procurement is usually given a high cost weight ratio. The use of advanced purchasing management mode and effective progress control measures plays a crucial role in the overall progress control of projects. This paper studies the construction of procurement progress system, progress monitoring, corrective measures and other key links in a PE project of country S, which provides reference for the procurement progress planning management of overseas projects in the future.
