摘要:

工业用丁烯中H2OCOO2等杂质会使聚烯烃装置的催化剂失活。因此在参与聚合反应前通过精制脱除原料中过量的H2OCOO2等组分至关重要。文章应用Aspen Plus模拟了某聚烯烃装置丁烯精制单元,根据建立的汽提塔模型及模拟结果,对精制的工艺流程进行讨论,着重介绍及讨论了丁烯中COO2等杂质脱除的两种方案特点与优势,具体实施的项目可根据项目的实际情况,酌情选择合适的精制方案。

Abstract:

The impurities in industrial butene such as H2O, CO and O2 have great influence on the activity of catalysts in polyolefin plants. Therefore, the butene raw material must be refined to remove the excessive H2O, CO, O2 and other impurities before participating in polymerization reaction. In this paper, the butane refining unit of a polyolefin plant is simulated by Aspen Plus, the refining process is discussed based on the stripper model established and the simulation results, and the characteristics and advantages of two butene refining schemes are introduced and discussed. Appropriate refining scheme may be selected according to the actual situations of a specific project.
