摘要: 针对煤化工项目具有建设周期长、投资规模大、工艺复杂、安全风险大等特点,项目的过程控制重要性显得尤为突出。通过承包商EPC考核工作加强项目过程控制,做好项目过程管理,提高现代煤化工工程建设项目管理水平。以某项目为实例说明了开展承包商EPC考核工作如何提高项目管理水平

Abstract: As coal to chemical projects have many characteristics such as long construction period, large-scale investment, complex processes and high safety risks, the importance of the process control of project is particularly prominent. The assessment of EPC contractors can strengthen the process control of project, improve the process management of project, and improve the management level of modern coal to chemical engineering construction projects. A project is taken as an example to illustrate how to improve the project management level by the assessment of EPC contractors.
