摘要: 通风空调能耗作为石油化工厂中心化验室的主要能耗之一,能占到总建筑能耗的50%以上。介绍了石油化工厂化验室暖通空调能耗概况,以及中心化验室暖通空调系统设计过程中,可采用的几种节能措施如设置变风量系统、优化设计冷热源、增设热回收系统、优化舒适性设计等。并结合实际工程案例,对各类节能措施的选用进行探讨。在实际工程项目中,暖通工程师应当结合工程实际,综合考虑可行性、经济性、节能效果等因素,选用合理的节能措施

Abstract: As one of the main energy consumption of central laboratory in petrochemical plant, the energy consumption of ventilation and air conditioning may account for more than 50% of the total energy consumption of buildings. This paper introduces the HVAC energy consumption of central laboratory in petrochemical plant and the energy-saving measures to be taken in the design of HVAC system in central laboratory, including setting up VAV system, optimizing the design of cold and heat sources, adding heat recovery system and optimizing the comfort design. The selection of various energy-saving measures is discussed based on practical engineering cases. In actual engineering projects, HVAC engineers should comprehensively consider the feasibility, economy, energy-saving effect and other factors in combination with the actual situation of projects to select reasonable energy-saving measures.
