摘要: 介绍了混合碳四生产醋酸仲丁酯的工艺特点、工艺原理及影响因素,同时介绍了醋酸仲丁酯装置工业应用的主要技术指标、产品质量指标等实测情况。利用混合碳四生产醋酸仲丁酯可以有效地利用来源丰富、价格低廉的混合碳四原料。与传统的醇酸酯化法相比,烯烃醋酸加成法是合成醋酸仲丁酯的一条新路线,具有工艺流程短、工艺设备数量少,而且反应条件缓和、过程节能环保、产品纯度高、加工成本低,具有较强的竞争优势

Abstract: This paper introduces the process characteristics, process principle and influencing factors of the production of sec-butyl acetate from mixed C4, and at the same time, the main technical indexes and product quality indexes of the industrial application of sec-butyl acetate plant are introduced. Using mixed C4 to produce sec-butyl acetate can effectively utilize the rich and cheap mixed C4 raw materials. Compared with the traditional alkyd esterification method, the alkene acetic acid addition method is a new route for the synthesis of sec-butyl acetate. With short process flow, less process equipment, mild reaction conditions, energy saving and environmental protection, high product purity and low processing cost, this process has strong competitive advantages.
