摘要: 以某沿海石化企业新建乙烯区的第一循环水场为例,介绍了大型石化企业中以海水为冷源的闭式循环水系统的主要工艺流程和海水利用方式;提出了循环冷却水系统稳压和补水设备的规格计算和自动化控制流程;阐述了循环冷却水提升泵、循环冷却水换热设备板式换热器、海水过滤器和加药系统等主要设备单元的选取原则和运行原理;强调了以海水为冷源的闭式循环冷却水系统的特点和优势,为沿海地区石化企业的节水节能降低成本提供借鉴

Abstract: This paper takes the No.1 cooling water plant in the new-built ethylene project of a petrochemical plant as an example, introduces the main process flow and seawater utilization mode of closed circulating cooling water system using seawater as the cooling medium in large-scale petrochemical plants, provides the calculation and automatic control process of pressure stabilizing and cooling water supply equipment, discusses the selection and operation principles of critical equipment such as circulating cooling water lift pump, ciruclating cooling water plate heat exchanger, seawater filter and dosing system, and summarizes the characteristics and advantages of closed circulating cooling water system using seawater as the cooling medium, providing references for the water saving, energy saving and cost saving of petrochemical plants in coastal areas.
