制氢装置转化炉汽包上升管道的设计

Drum Riser Piping Design for Reformer of Hydrogen Plant

摘要: 介绍了某炼油厂40 000 Nm3/h制氢装置转化炉汽包的设备外形特点、平面布置与连接管道的规划要点。该装置转化炉汽包同时连接两台余热锅炉。从两台余热锅炉出口到汽包入口的上升管可以看做一个汽包上升管系。使用应力分析软件CAESARII对转化炉汽包管系设计方案进行了计算并优化。文章对设计中所遇到的问题进行了探讨,为今后类似装置的设计提供参考

Abstract: This paper introduces the outline features of equipment, the plane layout and the key points of connecting pipeline planning for the reformer drum of the 40000 Nm3/h hydrogen plant in a refinery. The reformer drum is connected with two waste heat boilers at the same time. The riser from the outlet of the two waste heat boilers to the inlet of the drum can be considered as belonging to the same drum riser piping system. The stress analysis software CAESARII is used to calculate and optimize the design of the steam drum piping system of the reformer. The problems in the design are discussed in this paper, which can provide reference for the design of similar units in the future.
