摘要: 基于国内某项目蒸汽透平两次开车失败的具体案例,针对该案例发生过程中出现的问题多方探究其原因,结合最终的分析结论对施工、设计及开工方案进行了相应的调整及修改,第3次开车时获得成功。针对上述案例得出了蒸汽透平进汽管道设计、管道支架设置过程中需要注意的问题及蒸汽透平开车之前需要注意的事项

Abstract: Based on the two failed start-up of a steam turbine in a domestic project, the reasons for the problems were analyzed from many aspects, the construction, engineering design and start-up plans were correspondingly adjusted and modified according to the final analysis conclusions, and the steam turbine was started up successfully at the third try. This paper points out the items to be noted during the design of steam turbine inlet pipe, the installation of pipe support and prior to the start-up of steam turbine.
