摘要: 为了从C4馏分中制备高纯度的异丁烷产品,设计了一种萃取精馏、加氢和成品分离三个系统相结合的新工艺路线,并通过模拟计算确定了各个系统的最佳工艺流程方案和操作参数,为装置现场操作提供了较强的指导意义。通过优化换热网络,使蒸汽用量减少20%,节约循环冷却水用量2 000 t/h,累计可创造5 000万元/年的经济效益。此工艺路线也成为国内C4资源合理利用的新途径

Abstract: In order to prepare high purity isobutane product from C4 fractions, a new process that combines extractive distillation, hydrogenation and product separation systems was designed. The best process flow scheme and operation parameters were determined by simulation, providing guidance for on-site operation of the plant. By optimizing the heat exchange network, the steam consumption was reduced by 20%, the cooling water consumption was saved by 2000 t/h, and an accumulative economic benefit of 50 million RMB was created annually. This route has become a new way for the rational utilization of C4 resources in China.
