摘要: 依据某轻质混合原油的性质和总加工流程的要求,对原油常压蒸馏的基本加工流程进行了探讨,分析认为:采用初馏塔加压的分离流程比较适合该轻质原油的加工需求。通过Simsci PRO/II 8.2软件对工艺流程的模拟计算,优化了初馏塔顶操作压力,可显著减少初常顶总气量,降低了轻烃回收装置压缩机的负荷

Abstract: The process scheme of crude distillation unit (CDU) was discussed based on the properties of a light mixed crude oil and the requirements of refinery block flow diagram (BFD), and the pre-distillation CDU process scheme with high operation pressure was proved suitable for the given mixed crude oil. The process simulation of the process scheme was carried out through Simsci PRO/II 8.2, the pre-fractionator operation pressure was optimized, the total CDU off-gas flowrate was significantly reduced and the SGP feedstock gas compressor load was cut down.
