摘要:

LPG装车泵工艺计算的准确度关系到LPG装车设施能否高效运行。然而,利用现有LPG装车泵的工艺计算模型,计算出的泵的扬程和有效汽蚀余量都存在偏差,影响装车设施的实际生产。因此,需要对装车设施的工艺关联式进行修正,以减小由于计算偏差对实际生产带来的不利影响。文章以我国西北地区的某工厂LPG装车设施为研究对象,经过理论分析和总结实际生产操作的经验,修正了LPG装车设施的工艺关联式,优化了LPG装车泵的工艺计算模型及工艺参数,结果表明:优化计算后的装车泵在实际生产中运行效果得到了提高。

Abstract:

 The accuracy of process calculation of LPG loading pump is related to the efficient operation of LPG loading facilities. However, there are deviations both in the calculated pump head and the NPSHa based on the existing process calculation model, thus affecting the actual production of LPG loading facilities. Therefore, it is important to modify the process correlations of loading facilities to reduce the adverse impact of calculation deviation on actual production. Taking the LPG loading facilities of a factory in northwestern China as the example, this paper corrects the process correlations of LPG loading facilities and optimizes the process calculation model and process parameters of LPG loading pump based on theoretical analysis and practical operation experience.  The results show that the operation effect of the loading pump is improved in actual production after optimization.
