摘要: 阐述了聚碳酸酯产品的特点,说明了其主要应用领域;介绍了聚碳酸酯工业化合成的两种主要方法:界面缩聚法和熔融酯交换法;从工艺生产过程、原料使用情况、工艺流程的优势、劣势及未来研发的方向等角度详细阐述了两种方法的特点,并从反应原理、反应条件、反应特点及安全环保要求等方面对比分析了两种工业生产过程;汇总了截止到2019年我国聚碳酸酯产能分布情况。展望了未来我国聚碳酸酯行业发展的方向

Abstract: This paper introduces the characteristics of polycarbonate, explains its main application fields, and introduces two main industrial methods for synthesis of polycarbonate, i.e., interface polycondensation method and melt transesterification method. The features of these two methods are discussed in detail from the aspects of production process, raw material consumption, advantages and disadvantages of process flow and future research and development direction, and the two industrial production processes are compared and analyzed from the aspects of reaction principle, reaction conditions, reaction features, and safety and environment requirements. The distribution of polycarbonate production capacity in China by 2019 are summarized, and the development direction of China’s polycarbonate industry is prospected.
