摘要: 阐述了附加价值极高的化学制品乙二醇(EG)的生产技术及其市场预测。重点分析和比较了煤经草酸酯法和乙烯法生产乙二醇工艺各自的特点及其成本。前者的综合经济效益突出,但其乙二醇产品UV质量不稳定。目前乙二醇生产企业面临更多新成员持续不断的加入,为减小国家乙二醇进口数量,也为提高企业自身竞争力考虑,部分聚酯厂采用两种生产工艺(煤制EG与乙烯法制EG)掺混模式

Abstract: The production technologies and market forecast of ethylene glycol (EG), a chemical product with high added value, are discussed. This paper focuses on the analysis and comparison of the characteristics and costs of coal to EG process via oxalate and ethylene to EG process. The former has outstanding comprehensive economic benefits but unstable UV quality of the EG product. At present, EG production enterprises are faced with continuously emerging competitors. In order to reduce EG imports and improve the competitiveness of enterprises, some polyester plants adopt the mixing mode of two production processes, i.e. coal to EG process and ethylene to EG process.
