摘要: 门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构具有:柱网不受建筑模数限制,布置比较灵活;便于预制、安装施工工期短、方便拆卸;泄爆面积大、易于满足石油化工装置泄爆要求;绿色环保、资源可回收利用等优点,在石油化工建设项目中得到了广泛应用,但设计不够合理和浪费现象时有发生。门式刚架轻型房屋的合理设计和优化是一个系统的、复杂的整体工程,从门式刚架轻型房屋结构型式的确定、重要性等级、荷载取值、跨度和柱距、檩条计算、纵向支撑布置、连接节点等几个方面,分析探讨了某个设计的合理性和优化的可能性,以使房屋的结构设计更加合理及其节省投资

Abstract: The steel structure of portal frame light-weight building has been widely used in petrochemical plants for its advantages of flexibly arranged column grid unrestricted by building modulus, easy prefabrication, short installation period, convenient disassembly, large venting area, easy to meet the explosion relief requirements of petrochemical plant, environmental protection and recyclable resources. However, irrational design and waste of resources occur from time to time. The rational design and optimization of portal frame light-weight building is systematic and complex. This paper analyzes the design rationality and the possibility of optimization from the aspects of the determination of structure type, importance level, load value, span and column spacing, purlin calculation, vertical support arrangement and connection nodes, so as to achieve rational structural design and lower investment
