再沸器型式及其应用的技术分析

摘要: 介绍了再沸器的型式,包括釜式再沸器、内置式再沸器、立式和卧式热虹吸再沸器、强制循环式再沸器、降膜式再沸器,对6种型式再沸器的优缺点进行了分析,比较了各种型式再沸器的分离性能,釜式再沸器、内置式再沸器和一次通过式再沸器,分离性能理论上相当,均相当于一块理论板。塔釜隔板的作用,一是维持再沸器进口液面恒定,使再沸器操作稳定,二是阻止塔内最后一块塔板降液管来的物料发生短路进入产品,最大发挥再沸器的分离性能

Abstract: This paper introduces six types of reboiler including kettle reboiler, built-in reboiler, vertical thermosiphon reboiler, horizontal thermosiphon reboiler, forced circulation reboiler and falling film reboiler, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages, and compares their separation performances. In theory, kettle reboiler, built-in reboiler and once-through reboiler have equal separation performance, equivalent to a theoretical plate. The functions of the baffle in tower kettle are to keep the inlet level of reboiler constant for the stable operation of reboiler, and to prevent the material from the downcomer of the last plate in tower from short-circuiting into the product, so as to maximize the separation performance of the reboiler.
