摘要: 在化工装置中常有到不同品级的冷冻水用于介质间的换热,而冰机连续制冷满足工艺要求即可获得所需的冷冻水。使用丙烷(R290)作为制冷剂的冰机,因为介质丙烷是液态烃,危险性较大,在装置设有火炬系统的情况下,要将冰机安全阀泄放气接入装置火炬系统,以减少危险。必须强调,规范冰机厂家的设计使其安全阀泄放满足装置火炬系统的设计要求至关重要

Abstract: n chemical plant, different grades of chilled water are commonly used for heat transfer, and the required chilled water can be obtained by the continuous refrigeration of chiller. For chillers using propane (R290) as the refrigerant, the discharge of pressure relief valve (PRV) of chiller should be sent to the flare system of plant, if flare system is available, to reduce the risk because propane is highly dangerous liquid hydrocarbon. It is very important to standardize the design of chiller so that the discharge of PRV can meet the design requirements of the flare system
