摘要: 通过对危险环境下平衡式波纹管安全阀设计、选用以及运行过程中存在问题的阐述;明确了设计人员如何在过程设计中针对此安全阀的特殊性,正确处理波纹管安全阀阀盖上的通气口,并保证设计、选择和装置的爆炸危险区域划分的正确性;其目的是最终消除其潜在的危险,确保平衡式波纹管安全阀的安全性和可靠性

Abstract: This paper discusses the problems in the design, selection and operation of balanced bellows pressure relief valves in hazardous environment, and clarifies how to correctly handle the vent on the valve cover of balanced bellows pressure relief valve in view of its particularities in process design and guarantee the correctness of design, selection and hazardous area classification, so as to eventually eliminate the potential risks and ensure the safety and reliability of balanced bellows pressure relief valves
