摘要: 介绍了石化装置现场控制机柜采用正压通风方式达到防爆要求的设计原理、过程、实施情况、注意事项等。在危险区域内设置机柜,必须满足防爆要求;为达到在调试或开车前的供电,笔者提出了切实可行的建议,强调了机柜的供电系统设计是至关重要的

Abstract: This paper introduces the design principle, process, implementation and matters needing attention of the field control cabinet in petrochemical plant, which adopts positive pressure ventilation mode. For cabinets in hazardous areas, the explosion-proof requirements must be met. In order to achieve power supply before commissioning or startup, some practical suggestions are put forward, and the importance of the design of power supply system for cabinet is emphasized
