低聚物非牛顿流体流变参数的确定与流动计算

摘要: 高分子聚合物在新材料领域广泛应用,其非牛顿流体特性对工程水力学压降计算带来了技术挑战现针对低聚物非牛顿流体开展研究,分析了其流变参数与管道压力降的计算方法。研究结果表明,低聚物流体呈现非牛顿流体的特性,且符合幂律流型特点;在给定低聚物流体流量或平均速度的条件下,通过修正的伯拉休斯阻力公式和修正的卡门阻力公式,实现层流流动压力降梯度的计算,同时完成紊流流体压力降的精准测算。

Abstract:

High molecular polymers are widely used in the field of new materials, and their non-Newtonian fluid properties pose challenges to the calculation of engineering hydraulics pressure drop. The rheological parameters of oligomer non-Newtonian fluid and the calculation method of pipeline pressure drop are analyzed in this paper. The results show that the oligomer fluid exhibits the characteristics of non-Newtonian fluid and conforms to the characteristics of power law flow pattern. When the flow rate or average velocity of the oligomer fluid is given, the pressure drop gradient of laminar flow and the pressure drop of turbulent fluid can be calculated by the modified Blasius drag formula and the modified Karman drag formula.
