摘要: 结合化工园区总体规划设计中相关标准、规范、规定和政策的执行情况,从园址选择、专项规划、风险评估、场地标高、截水沟和排洪沟的设置、厂内排雨水设施等方面介绍了化工园区总体规划中应对自然灾害的主要“断链”减灾措施,为化工园区总体规划设计提供理论指导。

Abstract:

 Integrated with the implementation of relevant standards, specifications, regulations and policies in the overall planning and design of chemical industrial parks, this paper introduces key "chain-breaking" disaster mitigation measures in response to natural disasters from aspects such as site selection, special planning, risk assessment, site elevation design, park drainage ditches and factory drainage facilities, so as to provide theoretical guidance for the overall planning and design of chemical industrial parks.
